Sermorelin Life Transforming but What Is Sermorelin Really? 5 (1)

Sermorelin Life Transforming but
What Is Sermorelin Really?

Sermorelin life transforming (GHRH), simply put, is a secretagogue. It is another bio-identical hormone that’s been most recently genetically engineered to stimulate the secretion of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) from the hypothalamus, which is a gland adjacent to the pituitary gland.

Depression Symptoms, Depression Symptoms from low hormones

Sermorelin injection is a peptide that contains the first 29 amino acids of the amino acid chain that our own GH (Growth Hormone) is composed of. These 29 amino acids are the active amino acids of GHRH. It is GHRH that stimulates the pituitary glands to release GH. As we age, our body produces less and less of our vital hormones, Growth Hormone being the main one. Studies now show that Sermorelin injection can restore GH-RNA to youthful levels, causing an elevation in the subjects IGF-1 numbers.

How Does Sermorelin Come?

Depending on how your physician doses your protocol, Sermorelin will come in a multi-dosed, injectable vial.  Each vial contains a powder disc, which contains the Sermorelin Acetate. Again, potency will vary on the physician’s recommendations for an effective and safe therapy. The vial is vacuum-sealed by the pharmacy for your protection and for the preservation of the hormone peptide.  You will also receive a bottle of bacteriostatic water for each vial of Sermorelin that comes with your program. The Bacteriostatic water is mixed with the Sermorelin to result in the solution utilized for injection.  Of course, you can also expect that administration and storage instructions will be provided with your prescription.

Special at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic

The specialty pharmacies we are associated with allow us to offer our patients the convenience of being prescribed medication that does not need to be refrigerated. Sermorelin injection is a medication that needs to be administered every day and, depending on the protocol, sometimes several times a day. This can be complicated for our typical patient, who is always on the go. Our Sermorelin Life Transforming combination Sermorelin/Ipamorelin product need no refrigeration, ever.

  • Specifically, the Sermorelin/Ipamorelin travel-pens are special in that they provide an entire month’s worth of medication that never has to be refrigerated. Convenient and extremely cost effective.

How Do I Take Sermorelin?

Sermorelin Life Transforming is injected into the body fat, subcutaneously, using a very small needle, similar to what a diabetic may use to inject insulin.  Injections are initially prescribed for every day and are decreased in frequency over time.

When Do I Take Sermorelin?

The endocrine system is most active at night. It’s most effective to administer your Sermorelin just prior to bedtime. Keep in mind, it’s during REM sleep that your body is mainly releasing Growth Hormone, as it’s most beneficial to the body’s recovery and repair during this time. Sermorelin therapy also promotes sleepiness. It helps you get into deep sleep very quickly and effectively and can, therefore, make you tired if taken during the day.

How Do You Measure the Effectiveness of Sermorelin?

Due to the pulsatile nature of both endogenous HGH and IGF-1, a single blood draw is not sufficient for accurate measurement. The physicians at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic specialize in assisting patients to understand how they, personally, are affected and benefiting from their qualified programs. Aside from measuring the effectiveness in patients through symptomology (the study of your symptoms see benefits); physical appearance and measurements, additional and more frequent blood analysis is the most accurate way to ensure effectiveness and your safety throughout your protocol.

How Will I know It’s Working?

Several things should be expected to form a properly administered Sermorelin program. Remember that Sermorelin injection is another form of GH therapy so, your list of benefits will read the same as what you’d expect from an hGH therapy. Initially, patients on Sermorelin therapy should expect:

  • improved sleep within the first few weeks of therapy – most patients at least notice an increase in sleep quality
  • increased energy levels
  • improved mood.
  • After 3-6 months of therapy, patients start reporting noticeable or significant body changes, such as an increase in muscle tone and a leaner physique.
  • Over time patients will also notice a significant improvement in skin tone and health.

Erectile Dysfunction and Hormones Issues In Men 5 (2)

Erectile Dysfunction and
Hormones Issues In Men

Erectile Dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or hormone condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence.

The main symptom is a man’s inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions.

The Danger of Low Testosterone, Risks Associated with Low hGH in Men, HGH Side Effects, What Causes Low Testosterone, testosterone therapy preventive medicine

Human Growth Hormone (HGH Therapy) has been used to reverse or correct issues of erectile dysfunction and other sexually impending disorders:

  • At the cellular level, HGH Therapy increases protein synthesis and cell division involved in the regrowth of organs.
  • On the tissue level, HGH Therapy increases nitrogen retention which builds muscle mass.
  • On the hormonal level, HGH provides direct feedback between the pituitary hormones and the gonadal normal hormones of the ovaries and testes.
  • On the systemic level, The Human Growth hormone improves cardiac function and circulation of blood to all parts of the body. When more blood is pumped into the penis, erections are firmer and can be sustained longer.
  • Taking HGH is enough to bring testosterone levels to normal in many men.
  • HGH therapy improves the effect of reproductive hormones in the production of sperm and eggs.
  • HGH sensitizes nerve endings, providing more pleasure.
  • The Growth hormone increases HDL-cholesterol. Studies suggest raising the level of HDL cholesterol escalates the likelihood of an erection, possibly by increasing peripheral circulation via the plaque removing properties of HDL.
  • The growth hormone accelerates the repair of tiny tears in the penis from trauma during intercourse, bike riding, or similar activities.

testosterone injections therapy

Testosterone Therapy Improves Sexual Interest In Older Men, the Older men with low libido and low testosterone levels showed more interest in sex and engaged in more sexual activity when they underwent testosterone therapy, according to a new study published in the Endocrine Society’s Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.

The study of Testosterone Therapy Improves Sexual Interests the most significant placebo-trial in older men conducted. The sexual function study is part of the Testosterone Injections Trials, a series of seven studies examining the effectiveness of testosterone therapy in men who are 65 or older, who have low testosterone levels and are experiencing symptoms of low testosterone deficiency. The research is supported primarily by the National Institutes of Health.

Testosterone is an essential male sex hormone help in maintaining Libido, sex drive, erectile function, and sperm production, and much more. The Endocrine Society’s Clinical Practice Guideline recommends using testosterone therapy to treat men with symptoms of androgen deficiency and low testosterone levels.

In the past 50 years, the use of injectable testosterone therapy has rapidly expanded among men population. Testosterone levels decline as men age, as early as 30 years old and some men develop low testosterone symptoms.

The placebo-controlled effect and double-blinded trial examined the effect of injectable testosterone therapy on sexual function in a group of 470 men. The men were in the study through 12 academic medical control centers. The participants were at least 65 years old and older, with low testosterone levels, based on the average results of multiple tests.

Testosterone Therapy Improves Sexual Interest, The men treated with injectable testosterone therapy displayed consistent improvement in libido and 10 of the 12 sexual activity measurements, nighttime erections, masturbation, and including frequency of intercourse. In comparison, men who received the placebo testosterone did not change their responses over the year-long medical study done.

How Can I Balance My Thyroid 5 (3)

Balance Thyroid

The Balance thyroid and adrenal glands (those producing cortisol) are the key regulators of the body. If the Thyroid and Cortisol levels are not right, the rest of the body will NOT function well. This is why these central hormones must be treated along with Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, & Human Growth Hormone.

Thyroid

Many patients, especially women in their 30’s & 40’s, are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism or an underactive thyroid by their primary care physician or endocrinologist. These doctors only diagnose cases of overt or severe deficiencies–we call it clinical Hypothyroidism. If a patient has some or all of the classical symptoms of Hypothyroidism, but the blood tests are within the normal range of values, no thyroid replacement therapy is given to relieve these symptoms. So what happens to patients that test on the low side of “normal” &/or suffers hypothyroid symptoms? These patients have subclinical hypothyroidismEstimates are that 20-40% of the population suffers in some way from sub-clinical hypothyroidism. We were taught in medical school to only treat those patients with overt thyroid deficiencies; there was no such thing as “subclinical” hypothyroidism. The philosophy was: patients are deficient or not, everything else in the middle is perfectly normal. With the advent of Anti-Aging Medicine, everybody is treated to create an optimal balance of hormones & to obtain the hormonal levels of our youth. Be it sub-clinical or clinical hypothyroidism, severe or mild deficiency, patients do not have to endure hypothyroid symptoms and the negative effects these causes in the body and their hormones.

What are the symptoms of hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid?

A “sluggish” thyroid can cause a range of symptoms from cold hands & feet, chronic fatigue, hair loss/thinning, low libido, and depression to weight gain and inability to lose weight…in short, symptoms of slow metabolism. Also, pale/leathery skin, stiff joints, atherosclerosis, easy bruising, muscle cramps, persistent low back pain, mental sluggishness, emotional instability with crying spells, temper tantrums, mood swings, and increased susceptibility to colds, viruses, & respiratory illnesses.

How does an underactive thyroid affect the other hormones in the body?

Because hormones are mutually-dependent, a deficiency of one can create excesses of another, and vice versa, with numerous possibilities for imbalance and unhealthy symptoms. Imbalances of estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol are linked to low thyroid. 80% of low thyroid patients have low cortisol or “Adrenal Fatigue” and vice versa. Many studies have found that Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels are very low in Hypothyroid patients and when hGH is replaced in these people, the thyroid is usually normalized. Low Testosterone levels are also found in Hypothyroid patients (especially men) and Testosterone replacement therapy significantly improves their thyroid function.

Why do patients with an underactive thyroid never feel “normal” again and experience residual symptoms?

Thyroid replacement therapy (especially synthetic versions like “Synthroid”, “Levothyroxine”, etc) improves some of the hypothyroid patient symptoms, but virtually everyone complains they are never the same person after having thyroid problems. This is because they are not completely treated! They may be treated for their thyroid deficiency, but all the other hormones are out of balance or in abnormal levels in the body. It is crucial to test ALL hormones and treat ALL hormonal imbalances at the same time to be able to get back to the peak of health.

How do I know if I have a “sluggish” or underactive thyroid?

If you answered yes to 2 or more of the symptoms in this questionnaire, you may benefit from natural thyroid supplementation.

What do I do if I am already on thyroid replacement therapy?

First, we will test the Balance thyroid and gather all the patient symptoms in order to determine how the patient is responding to the current therapy. At this point, we will be able to switch from synthetic to Bio-Identical thyroid replacement therapy and fine-tune the dose. It is important to also test for Cortisol, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, and Human Growth Hormone levels to detect any imbalances and treat them at the same time as the Balance thyroid. We always treat the patient as a whole, not only the test result.

How can I balance my thyroid?
  1.  First, determine your symptoms
  2.  Then, test your thyroid levels (this involves 5-7 blood tests, not just the 1usual test that your doctor gets)
  3.  Find a board-certified doctor in Anti-Aging Medicine (specializing in Bio-Identical hormonal therapy)
  4.  Detoxification is a key component of your Balance thyroid to work at its maximum potential
  5.  Always Supplement with Nutriceuticals (pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements that are prescription strength, free of harmful contaminants, and actually absorbed by the body)-only way to have the available building blocks to regenerate the body’s tissues and to work properly
  6.  ALWAYS use a Bio-Identical thyroid hormone (the exact chemical structure as the hormones produced by the body and derived from a natural source)
  7.  STOP all synthetic hormones-Premarin, Provera, Progestins, and birth control pills, pellets, injections, & intrauterine devices (They ALL contain synthetic hormones)-the imbalances caused by these hormones usually affect Balance thyroid
  8.  Use “hormone-free” foods and products
  9.  Minimize stress and use stress-handling techniques like yoga, meditation, prayer, 10. Stop smoking ASAP
  10.  Eat more fiber
  11.  Get deep, restful, uninterrupted 7-8 hours of sleep-this is the only way that body tissues regenerate after being used during the day.
