Nutraceutical and Weight Loss Therapy 5 (6)

Nutraceutical and Weight Loss

Weight Loss therapy

There are now millions upon millions of options for weight loss therapy and nutraceuticals available on the market today. Many fads that, for the most part, do actually work, but the end result for 99% of the participants is always the same; gaining back more weight loss therapy they actually started off with.

The one thing that these diet programs have all wrong is the notion that the “same” therapy program will work for every single person that tries it. That is propaganda. Whoever tries to convince you that if something worked for one person, then it must work for you as well, is lying to you and does not have your best interest in mind. Another very important, yet logical characteristic of “being thin” is the actual need to change your entire lifestyle… that is literally the only way to weight loss therapy and keep it off. If you go back to what you were doing before, you will just end up the way you looked and felt before.

Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about options available to help you on your path to the new you. Options that may even help you to accelerate the process a bit. For the core group, the whole point of founding AAI Rejuvenation Clinic was to establish an organization based on the premise that patient care and focus, really putting the patients first, is of utmost importance and the kind of focal structure missing in most medical establishments today. Our logical determination is that if we actually focus on helping patients and honestly answer queries related to their health and wellness goals, our patients will be loyal to our process and to our establishment; happy to be a part of the AAI Rejuvenation Clinic family and satisfied with our level of service, respect and, overall, their final goals and end results.

All Weight Loss Therapy are NOT Created Equal!

Medicinal therapies and protocols cannot be a one-size-fits-all structure. Each individual patient’s specific physiological characteristics, their daily routine, as well as their actual goals and aspirations must be taken into consideration when drawing up and organizing a plan of attack to drop those unwanted pounds and inches.

For the most part, the nutritional diagnosis will be the focus of your protocol assembling. Additionally, hormone treatments are very commonly incorporated into most diet regimens to help patients needing the additional assistance in weight loss due to physiological apprehensions.

Though Gonadotropin is one of the options available at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic as a weight loss therapy program, the reality is that it is not one of the healthiest weight loss options available out there and we do try to stray from incorporating it into our agendas. Needless to say, it is a program that helps some participants lose their desired weight and it can be effective if very properly administered and unmistakably followed. What we do different, in cases where interested patients qualify for these another hormone related weight loss options, such as the Gonadotropin hormone replacement program, is we integrate an array of vitamins, probiotics, amino acids and other such supplementing pharmaceuticals in an effort to cater to the immune system, which is one of the strongest downfalls of participating in such a protocol, which requires such a minimal amount of caloric consumption daily.

Why AAI Rejuvenation Clinic is Different.

At AAI Rejuvenation Clinic, we do what is best for your body in terms of helping you reach your health and wellness goals. We’ve learned that many times when a patient is having problems reaching their weight goals, the association has to do with a bad combination of food choices for that individual specifically. The way the body processes food is very different from one person to another, so understanding a person’s eating habits in conjunction with proper and adequate blood tests can really help zero in on a program, and the right supplementing nutraceuticals, to help eliminate whatever toxins may be preventing them from losing weight or, whatever hormone imbalance may be slowing down their weight loss process. Whatever metabolic issue may be obstructing a person’s ability to reach their weight loss goals can be addressed once it’s properly diagnosed.

Body Mass Index (BMI) Measure of Body Fat 5 (4)

Body Mass Index (BMI) and How it Measure the Body Fat

Body Mass Index (BMI) is based on your high and weight about your height and applied to most adult men and women aged 20 and over. For children aged 2 and above, BMI percentile is the best assessment of body fat.

BMI does not measure body fat directly. However, research indicates that BMI correlates to direct measures of body fat such as underwater weighing and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), and is considered an inexpensive and easy-to-perform alternative for these.

FACTS ON BMI

Here are some critical points about BMI:

  • Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of relative size based on the mass and height of an individual.
  • The Quetelet Index devised by Adolphe Quetelet, a Belgian mathematician, astronomer, and statistician, in 1832.
  • It was later termed “body mass index” in 1972 by Ancel Keys.
  • BMI is a simple, inexpensive and noninvasive surrogate measure of body fat.
  • Factors such as age, sex, ethnicity, and muscle mass do not account in BMI chart.

For adults over 20 years old and older, BMI can be interpreted by using standard or not updated there weight status, and categories that are the same for all ages, and for both women and men.

For children, kids and adolescents between 2-20 years old, BMI interpreted relevant categories to a child’s age and sex. BMI is reasonable throughout the years as an indicator of body fat categories for both adults and children. Because BMI does not measure categories of body fat directly, it should not use as a diagnostic tool.

BMI should be used only to measure to track weight status in populations and also as a screening categories tool to identify potential weight problems in individuals. Body fat measures, such as skinfold thicknesses, bioelectrical impedance, underwater weighing and dual energy X-ray absorption, maybe more accurate than BMI.

WHAT IS BODY MASS INDEX (BMI)?

BMI use as a screening tool to indicate whether a person is an underweight, healthy weight for their height, overweight or obese. If a person BMI is out of the excellent measure by the BMI range, their health risks may increase.

obesity-in-the-world

BMI is age-independent, the same for both women and men. But the BMI may not be the same degree of fat in different populations because due to a diverse body and other proportion. The health risks associated with high BMI can be confusing, the interpretation of BMI risk may differ for different populations.

There are three ways to check your BMI:

  • Use our BMI calculators
  • First, use the BMI chart, find your height in the left-hand column. Then, follow it over until you see your weight along the top bar.
  • The number in the center box between the two is your BMI.

THE BENEFITS OF MAINTAINING A HEALTHY WEIGHT

  • Fewer joint and muscle pains
  • The ability to join in more activities and Increased energy
  • Improved bodily fluids and blood pressure
  • The Reduced burden of the heart and circulatory system
  • Improved sleep patterns

Reductions in blood glucose, the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and triglycerides:

  • Excess of weight increases how hard the heart has to work to pump blood, it also gives high blood pressure, blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels and lowers HDL (good) cholesterol levels.
  • Excess of weight can make help likely to develop any diabetes.
  • Lifestyle changes that help maintain a 3-5% weight loss and likely to result in clinically meaningful improvements in blood glucose, triglycerides, and risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
  • Greater weight loss can and also help reduce blood pressure and improve blood cholesterol.

THE BODY MASS INDEX MEASUREMENTS?

Researchers point out that the (BMI), based on the height and weight, is not an accurate measure of body fat because it does not account for critical factors that contribute to health or mortality, such as fat distribution, the proportion of muscle to fat, and the sex and racial differences in body. However, it used as a screening tool to identify potential weight problems in adults.

If a person has a high BMI, But yet to determine if this excess weight is a health risk, call your doctor, or a healthcare provider would need to complete further assessments such as:

  • Skinfold thickness measurements
  • Evaluations of diet
  • Physical activity
  • Family history
  • Other appropriate health screenings

HOW TO CALCULATE BMI FOR ADULTS

Belgium Statistician Adolphe Quetelet developed the BMI formula approximately 150 years ago.

THE CALCULATION OF BMI

BMI based on the following formulas:

  • Metric BMI Formula. Weight (kg) / Height (m)2

With the metric system, the formula for BMI is weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared (kg/m2). Since height commonly measured in centimeters, divide height in centimeters by 100 to obtain height in meters.

  • Imperial BMI Formula. (Weight (lbs.) * 703) / Height (inches)2

Green Beginnings Helps Boost Testosterone 5 (4)

Green Beginnings Smoothie

Want to try Green Beginnings Smoothie, This straightforward guide takes you from zero to deliciously green in just 5 minutes! I make these things almost every morning as a way to get the tulip-man, and I filled up and ready for the day (and to pack in a few servings of veggies without bothering before 9 am).

Green Beginnings Smoothie Ingredients, The nutrient green appears to be effective in reducing symptoms of acne when ingested regularly.

  • Almond Milk 8 fl oz 262g
  • Apple 1 medium (3″ dia) 182g
  • Avocado 1 fruit, without skin and seed 136g
  • Celery 3 stalk, large (11″-12″ long) 192g
  • Ice 2 cup 252g
  • Lemon ½ fruit (2-3/8″ dia) 42g
  • Spinach 2 cups 60g

Depression, There’s a notable depression reduction treatment and used zinc as an add-on to help improve their symptoms while using anti-depressant medication. Minor improvements in mood and depressive symptoms.

A migraine, Riboflavin (also known as Vitamin B2) appears to reduce the frequency of headaches significantly. It also notably minimizes the intensity of migraines, but the optimal amount isn’t known yet as most studies used 400mg, but one study found similar improvements with just 25mg.

Weight Loss, Subjects who fed more power than baseline energy gained weight without any changes in energy expenditure.

Lower Blood Pressure, Using magnesium shows a significant reduction in blood pressure, assuming one of two conditions. Either the subject is deficient in magnesium already, or the question has a blood pressure of 140/90 or above. A deficiency in magnesium was not a requirement for the items to reduce their blood pressure.

Increase Testosterone, Men taking 3,332 IU of Vitamin D over the course of a year observed an increase in their testosterone levels.

Lower Triglycerides, Subjects with dyslipidemia showed a substantial decrease of triglycerides when given doses of niacin.

Do you Know You Hormone Levels? Weight Gain 5 (2)

Do you Know You Hormone Levels? Weight Gain

Once we hit age 30, it’s all downhill for the body’s hormone levels. The lean body mass (LBM) of our organs starts to decrease, while the adipose mass, or fat mass, increases. Between the ages of 30 thru 75, the liver, kidneys, brain and pancreas atrophy by 30% on average. In men between the ages of 40 thru 80, the LBM declines about 5% per decade and in women by 2.5% per decade. Meanwhile, during this same period, the body fat in both sexes is increasing. By the late 30s, men are starting to gain fat in the abdomen. Men between the ages of 30 thru 70 don’t gain weight, but women’s mass shrinks by 30% and the fat expand by 50%. Women, as they age mainly, accumulate fat on their hips and as menopause starts, the belly rolls begin.

These changes aren’t part of the aging process, but a threat to health and longevity, according to gerontologist. First, the amount of aerobic power is directly connected to the amount of LBM. Second, this shrinkage of the vital organs means that they cannot do their jobs as well, whether it is the heart pumping, the muscles lifting, or the kidneys clearing metabolic wastes from the blood. Third, as the abdominal fat rises, so does the risk for heart attack, hypertension, and diabetes.

In one study by St. Thomas’ Hospital in London, of 24 adults with Human Growth Hormone (HGH) deficiency, half the group was put on Human Growth Hormone Levels and the other half was given a placebo. At the end of the six-month period, the hormone treated group had no change in weight. But they had lost an average of 12.5 pounds of fat and gained an average of 12.1 pounds of lean body mass, which is mostly muscle. The increase in their lean body mass was 10.8%. The bodies became sleeker and more tapered, as shown by the significant decrease in their waist to hip ratio. Although this study was conducted on patients with pituitary diseases, the researchers note that recombinant Human Growth Hormone Levels reduces fat mass by about 20%, which suggests that growth hormone has a regulatory effect on fat mass in normal adults.

The fact that Human Growth Hormone was the reason for these changes could clearly be seen when this clinical research stopped giving the Human Growth Hormone. The men’s bodies fast forwarded to old-age. And if that weren’t proof enough, consider the fate of the untreated controls. At the same time that the treated man was morphing into younger versions of themselves, the untreated control group was careening downhill, their lean body mass and organs shrinking by an average of 2.5 – 4.5% a year.
