What Can I Expect from Sermorelin Injection? 5 (2)

What Can I Expect from Sermorelin Injections

Sermorelin Injections Therapy, what can I expect from it? We can actually make this very, very simple. Sermorelin IS an hGH therapy. Participating in Sermorelin therapy results in the manifestation of the same exact results that entice a patient to partake in an hGH therapy. The goal is to elevate Growth Hormone levels, which in turn raises IGF-1 levels. The only difference is administering hGH is the direct infusion of the synthesized GH agent while injecting Sermorelin only incites your own production of GH.

This fact actually makes Sermorelin injections much safer to take, as it is stimulating your own, natural production of the hormone. The process serves to stimulate and rejuvenate the pituitary. Conversely, HGH therapy can cause atrophy of the pituitary if it’s improperly administered and interferes with normal GH production periods.

The receptivity of the body to the therapy is also greatly increased. Because Sermorelin stimulates normal Growth Hormone release patterns, it is occurring in its natural, pulsating fashion. As a result, it enters the blood stream as is most prevalently bioavailable and can help promote better results while keeping any side effects even further away.

Let us look at a chart detailing what can be expected during the first six months of Sermorelin therapy:

Sermorelin Injections Therapy

Our website is full of bullet points outlining as simple and concise as possible the basic, statistically recorded benefits experienced by patients studied on hormone therapy around the world. We wanted to dedicate the below section to actual patients of AAI that have been through an AAI physician organized Sermorelin protocol. The experiences below have been specifically requested by our AAI Wellness Advisors to each individual patient and approved by him or her to put on this page. Of course, the names have been changed to protect their privacy. The comments have been minimally edited to focus on relevancy. To help you answer the question: What can I expect from Sermorelin injections therapy?

  • Mark Schultz – NC – (…) but it’s cool that the doctor didn’t give me a hard time about just wanting to do hGH instead of the other stuff (Sermorelin). I just really didn’t think it’d be as good. I was told a lot that hGH was just stronger and was gonna give me better results so, if I was going to spend my money, I need it to be effective. I still want to thank you though _____, for insisting that I get permission from the doctor to just give it a try. The good thing is since I tried the other stuff (hGH) first I could actually compare it (…). Three months into this stuff (Sermorelin) and I’ve only seen more and better physical results. I actually lost 6 pounds in the first 10 days so, I’m happy. Cool stuff _____. You’re a good man.
  • Sabrina Wilson – TX – Oh, I’m so happy to write this out for you _____. Thank you for asking. I’ve been telling all my friends actually. I just wanted to lose a few pounds, remember like I told you? Well, though, I was a little discouraged at first. Because I thought it wasn’t working. But you were right. (…) after those few couple of weeks, everything just started changing. I spoke with Dr. Larry about it b/c I swear it’s just been helping me with all my other hormones. I can just feel it, you know what I mean? (…)
  • Mary Correa – FL – (…) absolutely everything you told me it I could expect. I’m telling you I was losing myself. When a person can’t sleep for x number of days in a row something bad starts to happen to ya. So, like I told you 8 days, 2 hours a day, I was having trouble just spelling my name. So that first day that I took the Sermorelin injections and I actually knocked out and stayed knocked out, that was some $#@&! You guys better never go anywhere!!!!
  • Javier Gonzalez – GA– I knew about it because of my field (…) it’s discussed around me a lot. Most of the time you hear about the hard stuff and you don’t even know where these people are getting it from so when the doc really broke it down for me, I figured for the price I should try it. I gotta tell you, totally unexpected. You know they tell you-you gotta wait some weeks and (…) but I felt this the NEXT day. I slept so good man I was just ready the next day. Alert! I’ve been telling my buddy (…) so you guys better hook me up when he calls you. Ha!
  • Gina Carrano – (FL) – (…) and I’ve been telling her how much it is worked to [help my libido]. She wanted me to share with her to see how she felt I told her I don’t think so! Lol. Aside from that, you were right. I don’t feel like the old lady at the gym anymore and I definitely don’t need to wait 3 days in between that cycling class anymore. By the next day, I’m myself again and can push harder. Thank you for that. You don’t know what it feels like to start NOTICING that you are getting old. it sucks.

What are the benefits of Sermorelin Therapy? 5 (1)

What are the benefits of Sermorelin Therapy?

The benefits of Sermorelin, This subject is a very simple one to cover, as, patients who have been interested in participating in Sermorelin therapy have usually gone through the process of educating themselves and understanding the more popular HGH therapy program. It’s important to understand that Sermorelin is a Growth Hormone therapy, the same as HGH is.

What can hGH do

The primary differences between an hGH therapy and a Sermorelin therapy are the following:

  • hGH therapy – the introduction of direct hGH (bio-identical human growth hormone – an exact lab-created replica of GH as the human body produces) into the bloodstream allows therapy participants to manipulate the amount of human Growth Hormone in their system. The more HGH is administered, the higher their IGF-1 levels will be.Retrospectively, it’s imperative to understand that high levels of hGH or IGF-1 do not constitute more or better benefits. On the contrary, you must administer an exact dosage, as determined by your medical profile and file characteristics. Excessive dosages of HGH will bring about unwanted side effects. It’s of paramount importance that patients only administer hGH in dosages prepared by their prescribing physician. If a participant of hGH therapy is interested in higher dosages, it would be in their best interest to discuss these ideas openly with their prescribing physician. These subjects are no longer taboo and there should be an open dialog in order to maximize the assurance of a successful, healthy program with little to no negative side effects.
  • Sermorelin therapy – the introduction of Sermorelin therapy into the blood stream invites the secretion of the participant’s own growth hormone to be produced and discharged by the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. If a patient has a well-functioning pituitary, the promoting of this overproduction of GH will result in health benefits that mirror those of an hGH therapy participant’s program. The benefit of selecting Sermorelin over hGH can be the fact that:

a) Because Sermorelin is self-regulating, you can’t accidentally administer too much of it. Anything that is administered and not utilized by the body is eliminated.

b) Sermorelin will induce your own production of GH, which means that what is released into the body comes out in pulsating form, as happens naturally, mainly during REM sleep, when the endocrine system is most active.

c) Despite it producing results and benefits that mirror those of a brand HGH protocol, Sermorelin therapy can be as much as 50% less expensive than the traditional HGH protocol, though resulting in almost the same results.

d) Contrary to the fact that your body stops its own production of HGH if it finds that IGF-1 levels are already high due to the external administration via HGH injection, which can eventually cause atrophy and functionality issues of the pituitary gland, Sermorelin rejuvenates and stimulates the pituitary gland. The benefits of  Sermorelin actually helps the pituitary by inspiring production and secretion of the participant’s natural Growth Hormone.

Do I Need Sermorelin, or Hormone Replacement 5 (1)

Do I Need Sermorelin?

Do I Need Sermorelin, If you have decided that you want to undergo some form of hormone-replacement therapy because of low GH, you might ask why you should choose sermorelin rather than HGH itself, which could seem to be an extra step?

First and foremost, to qualify for a GH-stimulating treatment program at AAI Clinics then you must have reduced circulating GH levels. This is usually caused by natural aging or deficient endogenous GH production. This may be the result of an injury, a tumor, the therapies used to treat a tumor, a genetic predisposition, or a condition that began at birth.

What can hGH do

Anyone that has participated in an HGH protocol for 6 months or more should consider switching to sermorelin if only to stimulate pituitary activity. Remember that when you artificially manipulate your GH and hence IGF-1 levels using hGH therapy, the pituitary does not need to work as hard because GH and IGF-1 levels in the blood remain elevated. Extended periods of pituitary inactivity could eventually lead to atrophy of the pituitary gland. (Do I Need Sermorelin) Sermorelin therapy would be a good way of allowing the pituitary gland to recover and restore normal functionality while still retaining elevated GH and IGF-1 levels.

Younger patients that have completed the required blood tests and find that their IGF-1 (representative of their GH levels) levels are lower than normal for a person of their age and file details may be interested in starting with a sermorelin protocol in an effort to stimulate their pituitary gland and activate natural GH production. We do not recommend that patients aged under 40 years participate in hGH therapy without first trying sermorelin because of consideration for the overall, long-term health of the pituitary gland and the patient as a whole. The aim should be to help your own body produce healthy levels of GH for as long as possible. A patient should only move to a more intense program, such as direct hGH administration, once Sermorelin treatment is deemed to have failed.

In addition to the decreased risks associated with sermorelin therapy, a physician-supervised and orchestrated sermorelin protocol can be significantly more cost-effective than an HGH program while still producing comparable results for patients with a well-functioning pituitary gland.

Contact us at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic and allow us to process an IGF-1 test for you to determine if you are suffering from a low GH production, which could ultimately manifest as age-related illnesses and physical manifestations. If you are not quite feeling right lately, you owe it to yourself to at least test your hormone levels. AAI Clinics puts you under no further obligation and you will experience absolutely NO pressure from anyone in our organization. It’s our motto.

If you process your blood work through us we can send you to a nearby LabCorp location (we only need your zip code), and you will have your results within 24 business hours. You will get a copy of your records, again, with no further obligation.

Sermorelin Life Transforming but What Is Sermorelin Really? 5 (1)

Sermorelin Life Transforming but
What Is Sermorelin Really?

Sermorelin life transforming (GHRH), simply put, is a secretagogue. It is another bio-identical hormone that’s been most recently genetically engineered to stimulate the secretion of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) from the hypothalamus, which is a gland adjacent to the pituitary gland.

Depression Symptoms, Depression Symptoms from low hormones

Sermorelin injection is a peptide that contains the first 29 amino acids of the amino acid chain that our own GH (Growth Hormone) is composed of. These 29 amino acids are the active amino acids of GHRH. It is GHRH that stimulates the pituitary glands to release GH. As we age, our body produces less and less of our vital hormones, Growth Hormone being the main one. Studies now show that Sermorelin injection can restore GH-RNA to youthful levels, causing an elevation in the subjects IGF-1 numbers.

How Does Sermorelin Come?

Depending on how your physician doses your protocol, Sermorelin will come in a multi-dosed, injectable vial.  Each vial contains a powder disc, which contains the Sermorelin Acetate. Again, potency will vary on the physician’s recommendations for an effective and safe therapy. The vial is vacuum-sealed by the pharmacy for your protection and for the preservation of the hormone peptide.  You will also receive a bottle of bacteriostatic water for each vial of Sermorelin that comes with your program. The Bacteriostatic water is mixed with the Sermorelin to result in the solution utilized for injection.  Of course, you can also expect that administration and storage instructions will be provided with your prescription.

Special at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic

The specialty pharmacies we are associated with allow us to offer our patients the convenience of being prescribed medication that does not need to be refrigerated. Sermorelin injection is a medication that needs to be administered every day and, depending on the protocol, sometimes several times a day. This can be complicated for our typical patient, who is always on the go. Our Sermorelin Life Transforming combination Sermorelin/Ipamorelin product need no refrigeration, ever.

  • Specifically, the Sermorelin/Ipamorelin travel-pens are special in that they provide an entire month’s worth of medication that never has to be refrigerated. Convenient and extremely cost effective.

How Do I Take Sermorelin?

Sermorelin Life Transforming is injected into the body fat, subcutaneously, using a very small needle, similar to what a diabetic may use to inject insulin.  Injections are initially prescribed for every day and are decreased in frequency over time.

When Do I Take Sermorelin?

The endocrine system is most active at night. It’s most effective to administer your Sermorelin just prior to bedtime. Keep in mind, it’s during REM sleep that your body is mainly releasing Growth Hormone, as it’s most beneficial to the body’s recovery and repair during this time. Sermorelin therapy also promotes sleepiness. It helps you get into deep sleep very quickly and effectively and can, therefore, make you tired if taken during the day.

How Do You Measure the Effectiveness of Sermorelin?

Due to the pulsatile nature of both endogenous HGH and IGF-1, a single blood draw is not sufficient for accurate measurement. The physicians at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic specialize in assisting patients to understand how they, personally, are affected and benefiting from their qualified programs. Aside from measuring the effectiveness in patients through symptomology (the study of your symptoms see benefits); physical appearance and measurements, additional and more frequent blood analysis is the most accurate way to ensure effectiveness and your safety throughout your protocol.

How Will I know It’s Working?

Several things should be expected to form a properly administered Sermorelin program. Remember that Sermorelin injection is another form of GH therapy so, your list of benefits will read the same as what you’d expect from an hGH therapy. Initially, patients on Sermorelin therapy should expect:

  • improved sleep within the first few weeks of therapy – most patients at least notice an increase in sleep quality
  • increased energy levels
  • improved mood.
  • After 3-6 months of therapy, patients start reporting noticeable or significant body changes, such as an increase in muscle tone and a leaner physique.
  • Over time patients will also notice a significant improvement in skin tone and health.

Can a Change in Hormones Cause Chronic Fatigue? 5 (2)

Could The Hormone explain
Your Chronic Fatigue?

Men experience a slow, yet steady decline in testosterone as they age. The continued loss of this male sex hormone is sometimes referred to as male menopause or andropause. Similar to female menopause, hormonal changes come with a number of undeniable symptoms, including Chronic Fatigue. These changes are not easy to accept or notice, however, they can have a gradual, crippling feeling.

Testosterone injections play a vital role in the body’s immune response. As testosterone levels decline, the body compensates by redistributing energy and resources to the immune system. This takes a considerable toll on energy levels resulting in testosterone-related Chronic Fatigue.

Additionally, another potential relationship between free testosterone and Chronic Fatigue is sleep disruption. It isn’t uncommon for a drop in testosterone levels to cause sleep disruptions in men and women. Testosterone is naturally released into the body in different periods throughout the day. However, it is mainly produced at night when you sleep. Usually, most production occurs approximately 3 hours into your sleep cycle. You probably get little to no quality sleep if you are suffering from low testosterone. Sleep deprivation causes your natural along with all the vigorous attributions associated with it.

The loss of energy, lack of sleep, Chronic Fatigue and other symptoms linked with diminishing testosterone levels is not something you have to incorporate into your lifestyle. Fortunately, this can be improved. Here at AAI, we delve deeper into each of our patient’s history, goals, and lifestyle. We recognize that everyone is a unique individual and our bodies work differently. AAI takes this into account when we develop and organize your profile and pharmaceutical protocol. There is no one size fits all remedy. A thorough evaluation of your blood work will reveal areas of focus, signs of potential health concerns, as well as ailments you may be experiencing. Testosterone replacement therapy in conjunction with supplemental pharmaceuticals can drastically increase energy levels and reduce Chronic Fatigue. Testosterone Therapy has also been proven to improve mood, bone density, strengthen the immune system, reduce body fat, improve muscle mass, and reduce feelings of depression.

Like any use of medication, testosterone replacement therapy does not come without risks. Before injectable Testosterone replacement therapy is started, you must complete our Medical History Form, Blood Work, and Physical Examination in order to rule out any possible contradictions to Testosterone therapy. Blood Work is essential in determining your free testosterone levels. This process can be facilitated close to your home. At AAI, we feel it is imperative to continue to monitor hormone levels throughout the duration of your treatment. We have implemented various programs to help facilitate those follow up’s. You do not have to schedule an appointment to go to a lab to have blood drawn for these follow-ups. We provide you with a 7-day mouth swab kit. This provides our physician with data over a consecutive 7- day period of time for remarkable accuracy. It assures you are getting the most out of your therapy and that any required adjustments are made accordingly. This is essential to ensure that you are enjoying all the benefits that you wanted and deserve your testosterone therapy while avoiding any potential health risks.

Low Hormone and What’s Causing The Low Energy 5 (3)

What’s Causing Low Energy

Symptoms of aging can be a direct result of diminishing levels of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) in the body. As we age, our bodies produce less and less HGH, causing low energy and fatigue.

Memory Support, Protocol Sermorelin therapy

By the age of thirty, most people are deficient in human growth hormone, resulting in SDS, or Somatotropin Deficiency Syndrome. Somatotropin is another term for HGH. Without HGH therapy, growth hormone levels continue to decline, sometimes referred to as somatopause. Symptoms include:

Clinical evidence demonstrates that by replenishing HGH, the symptoms of stratopause can be dramatically reversed. HGH can assist in reclaiming your youth and vitality. Here at AAI Rejuvenation Clinic, we’re ready to help. Our services are discrete and confidential. Contact us today at (866) 224-5698 or fill out our medical history form. Our trained wellness team is eager to get you started.

Testosterone (Low-T) and chronic low energy?

It’s not easy to accept. Heck, it’s not even easy to notice. It sort of sneaks up on you like that lazy feeling on a Sunday afternoon, after a long day and a big meal. Actually, it’s exactly like that gradual, crippling feeling. Men experience a slow, yet steady decline in testosterone as they age. The ongoing loss of this male sex hormone is sometimes referred to as male menopause or andropause, and like female menopause, hormonal changes can come with a number of undeniable symptoms, including fatigue.

Testosterone injections play a vital role in the body’s immune response. As testosterone levels decline, the body compensates by redistributing its energy and resources to the immune system and thereby taking a toll on your energy levels, resulting in this testosterone-related fatigue you keep hearing and reading about.

Another potential relationship between testosterone and fatigue is sleep disruption. It isn’t uncommon for a drop in testosterone levels to cause sleep disruptions in men and women. This can be a double-edged sword. Why? Testosterone is naturally released into the body in different periods throughout a 24-hour day, mainly at night when you sleep. However, usually, most of it occurs about 3 hours into your sleep cycle. If you are suffering from low testosterone, you are most likely not experiencing quality sleep, if you’re sleeping at all. In turn, this means that your natural testosterone production suffers due to this lack of quality sleep. Think about this unfortunate cycle and how it begins your hormonal downward spiral, and with it, all the vigorous attributions associated with it.

The loss of energy, lack of sleep, fatigue and other symptoms linked with diminishing testosterone levels is not something we have to learn to deal with. It’s certainly not something we have to live with. Here at AAI Clinics, we delve deeper into each of our patient’s history, goals, and file characteristics. We truly understand that each of our bodies works differently when in the process of organizing your individualized lifestyle-change profile and pharmaceutical protocol. There is no fix-all remedy. A thorough evaluation of your blood work will reveal strengths and areas of focus, signs of potential concerning health manifestations in the future, as well as ailments that you may be suffering from right now, some of which you may not even be aware of. Testosterone replacement therapy, aided by supplemental pharmaceuticals, not only can increase causing low energy levels and drastically reduce fatigue, but testosterone therapy has also been proven to improve mood, bone density, strengthen the immune system, reduce body fat and improve muscle mass as well as lessen feelings of depression.

Hormones and High Cholesterol 5 (3)

Hormones and High Cholesterol

Hormones and High Cholesterol, the silent killer! High cholesterol that goes undetected can send you to an early grave. The popular belief is that high cholesterol is associated with overweight individuals and it manifests itself as excess body fat. However, you can be thin and still not metabolize sugar properly resulting in high cholesterol.

In a stunning study, a group of healthy older men who took low-dose Growth Hormone shots for nine months lost an average of 9.2% total body fat, 6.1% of abdominal fat, and an astounding 18.1% of the deep layer of central body fat. These results were achieved without dieting or exercise. This study was carried out by Gundmundur Johnson, Bengtsson, and their colleagues at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. It was a randomized double-blind study involving 30 men between the ages of 48 to 66 years old. Not only did the treated group lose a significant portion of their belly fat (the placebo group gained weight that during that period), but they also had improved glucose metabolism, lower blood cholesterol, and triglycerides, and lower blood pressure.

obesity-in-the-world

Growth Hormone is an important regulator of LDL cholesterol as well as total cholesterol and triglycerides. It lowers diastolic blood pressure by reducing the resistance of arteries and capillaries, which carries the blood throughout the body. Studies have actually shown that daily Testosterone injections and  HGH can actually lower cholesterol in as little as 4 days.

We urge you to contact us if you have a history of Hormones and high cholesterol. Of course, we don’t recommend relying solely on HGH therapy to reduce your Hormones and high cholesterol levels. Human Growth Hormone is a much more complex medical-pharmaceutical that is capable of healing, regressing, and improving an array of ailments that you may be experiencing.

Contact us at your earliest convenience. At AAI Rejuvenation Clinic we complete the basic blood panels required to qualify you for therapy, as well as selecting and personalizing your blood draw to help us identify specific ailments you are focused on correcting. Hormones and High Cholesterol can lead to an assortment of different health problems including a heart attack and death. Let us uncover exactly what is going on internally. We can map out a program designed specifically to assist your physiology that enables you to reach and accomplish your goals of better health and fitness. How Can I Balance My Thyroid 5 (3)

Balance Thyroid

The Balance thyroid and adrenal glands (those producing cortisol) are the key regulators of the body. If the Thyroid and Cortisol levels are not right, the rest of the body will NOT function well. This is why these central hormones must be treated along with Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, & Human Growth Hormone.

Thyroid

Many patients, especially women in their 30’s & 40’s, are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism or an underactive thyroid by their primary care physician or endocrinologist. These doctors only diagnose cases of overt or severe deficiencies–we call it clinical Hypothyroidism. If a patient has some or all of the classical symptoms of Hypothyroidism, but the blood tests are within the normal range of values, no thyroid replacement therapy is given to relieve these symptoms. So what happens to patients that test on the low side of “normal” &/or suffers hypothyroid symptoms? These patients have subclinical hypothyroidismEstimates are that 20-40% of the population suffers in some way from sub-clinical hypothyroidism. We were taught in medical school to only treat those patients with overt thyroid deficiencies; there was no such thing as “subclinical” hypothyroidism. The philosophy was: patients are deficient or not, everything else in the middle is perfectly normal. With the advent of Anti-Aging Medicine, everybody is treated to create an optimal balance of hormones & to obtain the hormonal levels of our youth. Be it sub-clinical or clinical hypothyroidism, severe or mild deficiency, patients do not have to endure hypothyroid symptoms and the negative effects these causes in the body and their hormones.

What are the symptoms of hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid?

A “sluggish” thyroid can cause a range of symptoms from cold hands & feet, chronic fatigue, hair loss/thinning, low libido, and depression to weight gain and inability to lose weight…in short, symptoms of slow metabolism. Also, pale/leathery skin, stiff joints, atherosclerosis, easy bruising, muscle cramps, persistent low back pain, mental sluggishness, emotional instability with crying spells, temper tantrums, mood swings, and increased susceptibility to colds, viruses, & respiratory illnesses.

How does an underactive thyroid affect the other hormones in the body?

Because hormones are mutually-dependent, a deficiency of one can create excesses of another, and vice versa, with numerous possibilities for imbalance and unhealthy symptoms. Imbalances of estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol are linked to low thyroid. 80% of low thyroid patients have low cortisol or “Adrenal Fatigue” and vice versa. Many studies have found that Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels are very low in Hypothyroid patients and when hGH is replaced in these people, the thyroid is usually normalized. Low Testosterone levels are also found in Hypothyroid patients (especially men) and Testosterone replacement therapy significantly improves their thyroid function.

Why do patients with an underactive thyroid never feel “normal” again and experience residual symptoms?

Thyroid replacement therapy (especially synthetic versions like “Synthroid”, “Levothyroxine”, etc) improves some of the hypothyroid patient symptoms, but virtually everyone complains they are never the same person after having thyroid problems. This is because they are not completely treated! They may be treated for their thyroid deficiency, but all the other hormones are out of balance or in abnormal levels in the body. It is crucial to test ALL hormones and treat ALL hormonal imbalances at the same time to be able to get back to the peak of health.

How do I know if I have a “sluggish” or underactive thyroid?

If you answered yes to 2 or more of the symptoms in this questionnaire, you may benefit from natural thyroid supplementation.

What do I do if I am already on thyroid replacement therapy?

First, we will test the Balance thyroid and gather all the patient symptoms in order to determine how the patient is responding to the current therapy. At this point, we will be able to switch from synthetic to Bio-Identical thyroid replacement therapy and fine-tune the dose. It is important to also test for Cortisol, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, and Human Growth Hormone levels to detect any imbalances and treat them at the same time as the Balance thyroid. We always treat the patient as a whole, not only the test result.

How can I balance my thyroid?
  1.  First, determine your symptoms
  2.  Then, test your thyroid levels (this involves 5-7 blood tests, not just the 1usual test that your doctor gets)
  3.  Find a board-certified doctor in Anti-Aging Medicine (specializing in Bio-Identical hormonal therapy)
  4.  Detoxification is a key component of your Balance thyroid to work at its maximum potential
  5.  Always Supplement with Nutriceuticals (pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements that are prescription strength, free of harmful contaminants, and actually absorbed by the body)-only way to have the available building blocks to regenerate the body’s tissues and to work properly
  6.  ALWAYS use a Bio-Identical thyroid hormone (the exact chemical structure as the hormones produced by the body and derived from a natural source)
  7.  STOP all synthetic hormones-Premarin, Provera, Progestins, and birth control pills, pellets, injections, & intrauterine devices (They ALL contain synthetic hormones)-the imbalances caused by these hormones usually affect Balance thyroid
  8.  Use “hormone-free” foods and products
  9.  Minimize stress and use stress-handling techniques like yoga, meditation, prayer, 10. Stop smoking ASAP
  10.  Eat more fiber
  11.  Get deep, restful, uninterrupted 7-8 hours of sleep-this is the only way that body tissues regenerate after being used during the day.
